Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic team member to join our vibrant and dynamic workplace. As a Junior Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with visitors, and showcasing our premium drinks range.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, processing purchases, and assisting with restocking products. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will make you a valuable asset to our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, excellent communication and presentation skills, previous experience in tourism or customer-facing roles, and a hands-on mentality to get the job done.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must have a right to work in Australia
  • Candidate must have customer service experience
  • Candidate must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check
  • Candidate must be available to work public holidays
  • Candidate's expected hourly rate
  • Candidate's availability to work outside regular hours
  • Candidate's experience using point of sale (POS) software
  • Candidate's maximum weight comfortable lifting
