Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Partners in the development of IT Risk Advisory & Consulting business, executing RAS projects, handling client matters, building team performance at both an individual and team level, and ensuring operational excellence in engagement delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and mentoring an IT Risk Advisory & Consulting team of highly skilled internal professionals.
  • Manage a varied portfolio of clients across a range of industry sectors, with a focus on IT risk, controls, and assurance.
  • Supervise and undertake fieldwork and prepare written reports or deliverables of a high quality and standard, adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Understand and apply the firm's professional delivery standards to deliver high-quality, insightful advice and exceptional client service.
  • Assist in driving the continuous improvement of current practice processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Drive growth initiatives and business development activities of the practice whilst working with Partners / Senior Management and other service lines across the broader organisation.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager with experience in consulting/professional services specifically in tech risk advisory, combined with information systems, accounting, or business-related tertiary qualifications and relevant certifications or qualifications.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes various health and wellbeing, social, financial, and professional development benefits to help realise what's possible.
