Corporate & Capital Markets GroupThe Brisbane Corporate (Transactions Solutions) team are a small but close-knit team that is well connected to the national Corporate & Capital Markets group. The personnel in the team regularly work with other partners in Brisbane and in other offices and are highly regarded for their expertise in private and public M&A transactions, capital raising and corporate governance across the government, agribusiness, mining and retirement & aged care sectors.
Your RoleWe are seeking interest from lawyers with 2-4 years post admission experience to join the team as a corporate lawyer. You will be working closely with well-regarded partner Stephen Knight providing transactional support and corporate governance advice to a diverse client base. Your role will involve advising on corporate transactions including M&A, and working with Corporate & Capital Markets partners in other offices as part of our national Corporate & Capital markets team.
Requirements- Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience advising on corporate transactions including M&A
- Experience in one or more of the following industry sectors: agribusiness, mining or retirement & aged care
