The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to achieve project outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Client and Project Team
- Mentoring and coaching the Commercial Team
- Leading the project procurement strategy and processes
- Managing Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claims
- Managing cash flow at both Head and Subcontract levels
- Preparing and presenting Monthly Financial reports
About You:
- 10+ years' experience in a main contractor environment
- Proven experience working on major building developments
- You will be proficient across contract management and able to work independently to resolve contractual issues
- You will be self-motivated, resilient and enjoy working in a close team environment
