Site Project Coordinator

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to manage projects end-to-end across various operational sites.
- Deliver a portfolio of Mechanical, Electrical and ICA projects with typical values between one hundred thousand and £1 million per project.
- Manage multiple live projects at any time with further projects in the scoping and tendering phase.
- Develop innovative solutions to operational problems making sites more efficient and delivering value for money.
Key responsibilities also include:
- Overseeing health and safety policies and undertaking monthly audits.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and professional codes of conduct.
- Maintaining financial forecasts of all live projects and reporting on completed work.
- Drafting and approving project documentation including risk assessments, method statements and construction phase plans.
- Ensuring completion documents are available including test certificates, operation and maintenance manuals, health and safety files and as-constructed drawings.
Location: The base location will be either Lane End WTW or Beddington. This role requires frequent site visits depending on the project and a full driving licence with insurance cover for work travel. A car allowance is provided.
