We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team on a 6-month, full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing innovative learning solutions that equip the workforce with the skills needed for effective system adoption, driving operational excellence, and improving patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and developing engaging, interactive, and accessible content for clinical, non-clinical, and corporate audiences.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
  3. Developing immersive eLearning systems simulations that enhance learner engagement, especially in complex technical environments.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and a genuine curiosity for learning. Proven experience in designing and developing learning content for HRIS implementations is essential.

A degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is desirable. Additionally, knowledge of agile project management methodologies and experience working with Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe) are highly valued.
