Job Title: OSHC 2IC - Empowering Children with Disabilities
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) 2IC. This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in the face of change.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise staff and children during after-school care from 2 pm to 6 pm or until the last child is collected
- Supervise staff and children during school holiday care from 8 am to 6 pm or until the last child is collected
You will be working in a high-intensity environment that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Relevant qualifications in child services, education, or disabilities
- Leadership aspirations and experience
- Strong ethics, child safety awareness, and work health and safety knowledge
