- Collaborate with individuals and their support networks to develop personalized therapy plans that promote independence and community participation.
- Deliver tailored support and guidance to help individuals make informed decisions about their care and well-being.
- Work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Registered with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA or Speech Pathology Australia).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
