About Your Role
  • Deliver wellbeing programs and support groups to foster holistic growth and development.
  • Support access to a learning environment that encourages spiritual and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with a team of educators and leaders to provide comprehensive care.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
  • Participate in extracurricular programs, pastoral care, and community events to promote well-rounded development.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement to stay up-to-date with best practices.
About You
  • A committed Christian faith and involvement in a church community are essential for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years' experience working with children in community sectors and/or educational settings is necessary.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Knowledge of external services for referrals is an advantage.
