We are seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Manager to lead and develop a team across multiple locations in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-site management, retail operations, and leadership.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring performance targets are met, setting financial objectives for each location, and analyzing trading performance to implement improvements as required.

A key aspect of this role is monitoring customer experience, identifying training needs, coaching, and developing staff. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for implementing and evaluating safe work practices, succession planning, and celebrating safety achievements.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in successful multi-site management
  • A background in retail operations is highly regarded
  • Excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on supporting and developing staff
  • A hands-on leader with a positive attitude and a current driver's license
  • Mechanical/Automotive qualification and a trade background is highly desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related discipline
  • Strong and effective communication skills both written and verbal
