High-Value Pursuit Specialist Role
About the Position
As a senior member of our business development team, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth initiatives, embedding best-in-class pitch and pursuit practices, and elevating market positioning. Your key responsibility will be to lead high-value pursuits, aligning with our business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop winning strategies and deliver persuasive client engagement tools
• Implement strategic pitch methodology across high-value opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual storytelling and client-centric presentations
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
• Degree qualified with 7+ years' experience in Business Development, Bids and Tenders, Pursuits, or Strategic Marketing and Communications
• Proven success in B2B environments with a strong understanding of the property landscape and client priorities
• Experience delivering content that is clever, client-focused, fit for purpose, creatively persuasive and compelling
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
• A proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for creative problem-solving, collaboration, and elevating business development strategies and content for clients
