We are seeking exceptional Teachers to join our community and contribute to shaping the educational experiences of students who require extra support.
Our innovative approach focuses on providing expert, professional guidance to help students overcome challenges in mainstream settings. Our primary goal is to empower each student to reach their full potential.
As a Primary/Secondary Teacher at our school, you will be part of a collaborative team working together to develop and deliver engaging learning programs tailored to individual needs and aligned with the Victorian Curriculum.
Our class sizes are intentionally small, offering a truly personalised experience that fosters close relationships between students and teachers.
Key aspects of this role include:
- A four-year teaching qualification or equivalent, along with eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
- Experience in implementing high-aspiration initiatives for student learning, guided by the Victorian Curriculum.
- Expertise in designing, delivering, and assessing programs that cater to diverse and complex student needs, particularly those with learning challenges and behavioural difficulties.
- Strong ability to collaborate creatively with colleagues to enhance program quality and improve student outcomes.
