Learning Diversity Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Diversity Specialist to lead diversity programs for students in Prep - Year 3.
About the Role:- To develop and implement inclusive learning programs that cater to diverse educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Lead professional development sessions for staff on diversity and inclusion practices.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
- Current VIT registration (or eligibility to gain)
- Knowledge and understanding of NCCD processes
- Postgraduate qualification in learning diversity highly regarded but not essential
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to achieve shared goals. They must also demonstrate a commitment to creating a culture of inclusion and respect within our school community.
