Job Title: Learning Diversity Coordinator
The College is a vibrant school with outstanding facilities and vast opportunities that cater for the diverse educational needs of all students in a holistic sense. As a Learning Diversity Coordinator, you will be working in partnership to support student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead diversity programs for students in Prep - Year 3
- Implement inclusive practices to support student learning
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement diversity programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity programs
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
- Current VIT registration (or eligibility to gain)
- Knowledge and understanding of NCCD processes
- Postgraduate qualification in learning diversity highly regarded but not essential
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant Visa
