We are a leading provider of IT services to the property industry, and we are seeking an IT Service Transition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the transition of services across multiple IT projects, working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to enhance service efficiency and mitigate risks.
You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing service transitions, and driving improvements in IT service management processes. With your expertise in ITIL frameworks and project management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure service transition activities align with the IT Project Management lifecycle.
- Ensure all relevant IT stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of service transition processes.
- Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with development, testing, and project teams to ensure new or updated services are thoroughly designed, tested, and documented.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the successful delivery of new or modified services.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements and manage service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
