Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee workforce management processes, including rostering, payroll, return to work, and recruitment.
  • Design organisational structures to support career growth, succession planning, and quality practices.
  • Implement a new roster system to streamline workflows.
  • Strengthen child-safe recruitment and onboarding procedures.
  • Support the development of an Early Education Strategy to drive organisational excellence.
  • Mentor Centre Directors, lead workforce planning, and drive initiatives improving employee value proposition.
  • Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards to ensure quality services.
  • Provide strategic leadership in policy development and change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Early Education and/or Management/Business to demonstrate foundational knowledge.
  • Substantial experience in leadership roles to showcase executive capabilities.
  • Leadership experience in Early Education & Care sector to leverage industry insights.
  • Deep knowledge of National Quality Framework and relevant legislation to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills to drive results.
  • Collaborative spirit and passion for empowering others to create a positive work environment.
