Wills and Estates Professional Opportunity

This is a prestigious opportunity to work independently and further develop your expertise in Wills and Estates Law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on wills, estates, and succession planning.
  • Prepare and draft complex documents including wills, powers of attorney, claims against deceased estates, guardianship, trusts, probate, grants of representation, and superannuation issues.
  • Conduct research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years post-admission experience as a lawyer with strong experience in Wills and Estates law matters.
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced communication skills.
  • Experience with LEAP software and MS Office preferred.
