The Role
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you'll lead a team of engineers in delivering technology solutions that meet business needs. You'll be responsible for estimation activities, system-wide development work, and ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality results that meet both business and technical objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Design and develop software, including application, design, coding, testing, build, and deployment scripting, and configuration in all relevant domains and related technologies.
- Architecture and Design: Develop components to support architectural test patterns using best practices and design patterns.
- Product Management: Translate product management expectations into fully developed functionality that meets customer requirements.
- Production Support: Perform production support activities as needed, depending on the team's chosen Dev and Ops approach.
- Collaboration and Experimentation: Collaborate, experiment, and contribute to an agile software team.
- System Analysis and Solution Design: Contribute to system analysis, solution (functional & technical) design, and feasibility activities.
- Community of Practices: Champion and improve our way of working across the team and actively participate in Community of Practices (COPs).
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and demonstrate a capability improvement mindset.
About You
- Strong Documentation Skills: Produce client-ready solution architecture documents and business-friendly presentations.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with React, micro-frontends, AWS, and AEM Content Management System.
- Pipeline and Branching Strategies: Proficient in designing pipelines, branching strategies, and managing mono-repos.
- Enterprise Integrations: Extensive experience as a Solution Lead in enterprise integrations, design principles, architecture frameworks, and processes.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities in similar roles.
- Service Integration Concepts: Deep understanding of service integration concepts, particularly with RESTful services and SOAP-based web services.
- Enterprise Application Deployment: Experienced in handling enterprise application deployment architectures and environments.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to provide solutions to challenges in scalability, performance, availability, reliability, and security.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for leading and facilitating workshops.
