The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Lead to join our team. As a Solution Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs. You will lead estimation activities, carry out system-wide development work, and mentor and guide your team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications, including coding, testing, build, and deployment scripting.
- Translate product management expectations into fully developed functionality that meets customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to design and develop components that support architectural test patterns.
- Perform production support activities as needed.
- Contribute to system analysis, solution design, and feasibility activities.
- Champion and improve our way of working across the team.
- Drive continuous improvement and demonstrate a capability improvement mindset.
About You
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce client-ready solution architecture documents and business-friendly presentations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with React, micro-frontends, AWS, and AEM Content Management System.
- Proficient in designing pipelines, branching strategies, and managing mono-repos.
- Extensive experience as a Solution Lead in enterprise integrations, design principles, architecture frameworks, and processes.
- Proven leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities in similar roles.
- Deep understanding of service integration concepts, particularly with RESTful services and SOAP-based web services.
- Experienced in handling enterprise application deployment architectures and environments.
- Proven ability to provide solutions to challenges in scalability, performance, availability, reliability, and security.
- Excellent communication skills for leading and facilitating workshops.
