About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the planning and delivery of enterprise technology strategy and architecture services for Medibank's Enterprise Identity and Access Management Domain. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of security improvement programs and the design and implementation of secure and resilient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the implementation of enterprise IDAM strategy and roadmaps, aligning with the enterprise security strategy and architecture vision.
- Design and develop security architecture services required to establish and mature enterprise identity and access management systems.
- Collaborate with Information Security, Platform, and IT Service Owners to ensure delivery programs execute upon the endorsed roadmap for security improvement.
- Work with Information Security and Platform teams to provide expert guidance and support in the design and implementation of secure and resilient solutions.
- Plan and prioritize uplift for enterprise IDAM services aligned to the business and technology needs of key stakeholders across the enterprise.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need extensive experience in developing and driving implementation of enterprise IDAM strategy and roadmaps, as well as design and development of security architecture services required to establish and mature enterprise identity and access management systems. You'll also need experience across the following areas:
- Taking ownership of the enterprise IDAM domain, including proactively assessing and evolving IDAM capabilities to drive desired maturity uplift and risk buy down.
- Working with on-premises and Cloud Identity and Access Management systems and services.
- Establishing and modernising foundational Identity Lifecycle Management services to support evolving business and technology requirements.
- Designing and implementing Identity Governance, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, Access Management solutions delivering consistent authentication and authorisation techniques.
- Designing secure and streamlined IDAM patterns to enable privileged users to adopt secure remote access principles and practices.
