About the Role
Medibank Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Identity Architect to join its Security Architecture Team. As a core member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering enterprise technology strategy and architecture services for Medibank's Enterprise Identity and Access Management Domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the implementation of enterprise IDAM strategy and roadmaps.
- Design and develop security architecture services required to establish and mature enterprise identity and access management systems.
- Take ownership of the enterprise IDAM domain, assessing and evolving IDAM capabilities to drive desired maturity uplift and risk buy down.
- Work with on-premises and Cloud Identity and Access Management systems and services.
- Establish and modernise foundational Identity Lifecycle Management services to support evolving business and technology requirements.
- Design and implement Identity Governance, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, Access Management solutions delivering consistent authentication and authorisation techniques.
- Design secure and streamlined IDAM patterns to enable privileged users to adopt secure remote access principles and practices.
About You
You will have extensive experience in developing and driving implementation of enterprise IDAM strategy and roadmaps, along with design and development of security architecture services required to establish and mature enterprise identity and access management systems.
You will also have experience across the following areas:
- Taking ownership of the enterprise IDAM domain, which includes proactively assessing and evolving IDAM capabilities to drive desired maturity uplift and risk buy down, aligned to the enterprise security strategy and architecture vision.
- Working with on-premises and Cloud Identity and Access Management systems and services.
- Establishing and modernising foundational Identity Lifecycle Management services to support evolving business and technology requirements.
- Designing and implementing Identity Governance, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, Access Management solutions delivering consistent authentication and authorisation techniques.
- Designing secure and streamlined IDAM patterns to enable privileged users to adopt secure remote access principles and practices.
What We Offer
As a key member of the Security Architecture Team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Information Security, Platform and IT Service Owners, and Program/Delivery Leaders to ensure delivery programs execute upon the endorsed roadmap for security improvement.
You will also have the chance to collaborate with Information Security and Platform teams to provide expert guidance and support in the design and implementation of secure and resilient solutions that ensure commensurate mitigation of cyber security risks impacting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Information Assets.
Additionally, you will work closely with the IDAM operations team to plan and prioritise uplift for enterprise IDAM services aligned to the business and technology needs of key stakeholders across the enterprise.
