Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the daily point of contact in one of our business centres, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inspiring work environment that meets the evolving needs of our community.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences through every interaction, from answering calls to preparing meeting rooms.
  • Assist with general administrative duties to maintain high standards of service excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and professional centre environment, ensuring it remains a welcoming space for our customers.
