\Key Accountabilities\
  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, care and evaluations to patients.
  • Manage your caseload with evidence-based practice, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively across the healthcare team to deliver seamless care.
  • Supervise and mentor students and staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to education, research and quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care.
\Essential Requirements\
  • Hold an appropriate degree or other approved equivalent qualification in physiotherapy.
  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a qualified physiotherapist.
\Desired Capabilities\
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in physiotherapy, including advanced practice skills and management of complex cases.
  • Proven ability to supervise and teach staff and/or students, promoting effective learning and development.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Knowledge and experience in quality improvement, research and service development activities that drive excellence in patient care.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with colleagues and patients alike.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
  • Current unrestricted Australian driver's license, subject to obtaining a NSW driver's license.
