Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Provide community-based physiotherapy services, including mobility, strength, endurance, pain, and posture management.
- Assessment and Reporting: Complete functional capacity assessments and provide detailed reports in line with NDIS requirements.
- Equipment Prescription: Prescribe and trial Assistive Technology (AT), including walkers, wheelchairs, hoists, and standing frames.
- Specialised Physiotherapy: Provide respiratory physiotherapy where clinically required.
- Exercise Program Development: Develop and progress individualised exercise programs.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and other allied health professionals.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with clients and support networks.
This role requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
