Comprehensive Physiotherapy Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the emergency department. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
About the Role:
This role requires a strong clinical background in Physiotherapy, particularly in emergency departments and working with complex patients. You will possess excellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex presentations.
* Utilize advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgment to address novel, complex, or critical situations.
* Work closely with allied health professionals to prevent hospital admissions and facilitate early discharges through timely intervention.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* Substantial experience working in emergency departments and/or as a primary contact practitioner treating challenging patients with chronic and complex conditions.
* Extensive postgraduate clinical experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and demonstrated core competency skills in Cardiorespiratory, orthopaedic, gerontology, and Neurological Physiotherapy.
