Asquith Workforce is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at a world-leading pet food manufacturer. This is a permanent position with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Pack and prepare products for distribution, adhering to quality control standards.
- Assist in the breakdown and processing of frozen raw materials.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Complete and maintain accurate records and paperwork.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Current forklift ticket and ability to operate heavy machinery safely.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work a 2-week rotation roster, ensuring a fair and balanced work schedule.
