About the Role:
  • We are seeking Junior School Aged Team Members to join our team in Burleigh Heads.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and serving food to customers
  • Cleaning and maintaining an organized workplace
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service
  • Learning and following food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Cash handling and register operation
  • Working as part of a team to achieve restaurant goals
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team
  • Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
  • Flexibility and able to adapt to change
  • Attention to detail to ensure store is clean and in good running order
  • Motivation to keep your team motivated and on task
  • Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry
  • Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
  • RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
