Food Service Team Member

We are a popular, recently renovated venue offering fantastic facilities for everyone to enjoy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Greet, seat and serve customers with minimal wait times.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the restaurant at all times (setting tables, polishing cutlery, topping condiments, clearing tables etc.).
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently, including offering wine matching options.
- Share information about our loyalty program with guests.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Support with whole-of-venue food and cleaning service as required.
- Comply with food safety, workplace health and safety and responsible service of alcohol requirements.
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
- Willingness to learn and follow our standards and 'The Way'.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene (training provided).
- RSA certification.
