  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
  • Developing skills in bar operations, food preparation, and loading/unloading service trolleys
  • Clearing tables and maintaining buffet service areas to the highest standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A customer-focused attitude and drive to provide total customer satisfaction
  • Initiative to ensure positive interactions with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience
  • A high standard of grooming and personal presentation

Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, is essential.
