Senior Research Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Executive to join our team at Daniel J. Edelman Holdings. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering custom market research studies, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of research studies, including project scoping, costing, and budget management.
- Research Design: Develop research designs, sampling plans, questionnaires, moderator guides, and analytical plans for primary and secondary research projects.
- Data Analysis: Interpret and analyze research data and insights to create compelling stories that meet project and research objectives.
- Vendor Management: Manage external suppliers to ensure data quality and timely delivery of research output.
- Reporting and Presentations: Create general reports and presentations, including data entry, chart/table creation, and analysis in Excel and PowerPoint.
- New Business Development: Support new business efforts by working closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities that expand on client engagements, developing case studies, and participating in desk-side research to inform proposals.
- Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of experience in research, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel, Word processing, and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Initiative: A 'can-do' attitude and a 'team player' who is willing to help colleagues whenever necessary.
- Curiosity: Curiosity to know and understand complex business challenges and apply various research approaches.
