About the role:

Untapped are seeking an enthusiastic NPA Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver independent, evidence-based workplace assessments that help people with disability achieve and sustain meaningful employment.

You will work within the National Panel of Assessors (NPA) program, and conduct assessments under the Supported Wage System (SWS), and Ongoing Support Assessments (OSA). Your work will ensure fair, transparent, and compliant outcomes while promoting accessible and inclusive workplaces.

This role is a casual, demand-driven position. This means work is allocated based on referral volume and no set hours are guaranteed. Untapped will offer assessments as they become available, providing flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct SWS & OSA assessments to evaluate productivity, support sustained employment, and recommend workplace adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with the National Standards for Disability Services and relevant legislation
  • Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely assessment reports
  • Collaborate with employers, service providers, and allied health professionals
  • Assist with continuous improvement of assessment practices

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or higher in allied health, rehabilitation, or vocational field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in disability employment or workplace assessments
  • Strong time management, IT skills and adaptability to new systems
  • Willingness and ability to travel across geographical locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Working with Children Check
