We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our cleaning team at our residential aged care home. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms and common areas.
About the Role:- Provide exceptional cleaning services to ensure residents' rooms and common areas are clean and presentable
- Work collaboratively with your peers to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Clean residents' rooms and common areas to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience working as a cleaner is highly desirable
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
- A reliable team player
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
