Job Title: Cleaning Assistant

Join us in providing high-quality cleaning services to our residents within a residential aged care home. Ensure that resident rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.

As part of our dedicated team, you will work collaboratively to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents while developing your skills and experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally.
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
  • A reliable team player.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
