About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants to join our team and support Residential Aged Care Facilities across the region. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to clients with varying needs, promoting their dignity, respect, and well-being at all times.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Aged Care or a related field
  • Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Valid National Police Check and up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone for communication
