The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through territory development. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a territory, developing a deep understanding of client needs, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
- Identify and cultivate high-value leads, transforming them into loyal and profitable customers.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, exceeding client expectations and securing maximum value for MaxiTRANS Group.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a senior sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Deep understanding of our industry or a related technical field (preferred).
- A passion for exceeding expectations and a relentless drive for results.
