Maintenance Planning Specialist

Incitec Pivot Fertilisers is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for guiding and leading the long-term and strategic planning function for our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the current Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and asset performance.
- Manage system processes for SAP, iAuditor, SharePoint, Shaers, and Microsoft Suite, ensuring adherence to our corporate governance.
- Manage Process and Asset Management reports, providing insights to inform maintenance planning decisions.
- Develop detailed costs for all CMMS activities, including life cycle cost modelling for assets, plans, jobs, and Bill Materials (BOMs) for equipment, and manage budget forecasting in line with maintenance plans.
- Maintain the Work Management Manual, IPL Standards, SAP configuration manual, and relevant training material.
- Work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure agreed systems and processes are followed and assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives for the long-term and strategic maintenance plan for all assets.
- Travel to site when required.
