We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our team of garment technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in ensuring the ideal fit of garments.

The Role

This role involves fitting garments with attention to detail and quality control, collaborating with senior garment technicians on fittings, communicating requirements effectively to factories, supporting the creation of seasonal graded spec sheets, measuring and processing samples accurately, updating sample trackers, and liaising with offshore manufacturers for sample submission and approval.

About the Position

You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest quality garments. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential, and experience in a similar role is preferred. A diploma in fashion and design is also required.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Fitting garments with attention to detail and quality control
  • Collaborating with senior garment technicians on fittings
  • Communicating requirements effectively to factories
  • Supporting the creation of seasonal graded spec sheets
  • Measuring and processing samples accurately
  • Updating sample trackers
  • Liaising with offshore manufacturers for sample submission and approval

A Diploma in Fashion and Design is necessary. Intermediate IT literacy and 1-2 years' experience in a similar role are also desired. American and domestic sport knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
