  • Conduct and support risk assessments, product testing, and resolution of quality issues.
  • Represent WWG in Configuration Control Boards (CCB) and ensure technical accuracy and documentation control.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship across the technical team, offering support on troubleshooting and best practice.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, supporting the long-term strategy and critical path delivery.

You bring extensive technical experience within apparel or garment manufacturing and thrive in highly structured environments with complex compliance requirements. You'll have strong attention to detail, a hands-on approach, and an interest in mentoring others to build collective technical capability.

You Will Ideally Have

Personal Attributes
  • Skilled at project and time management in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Passion for technical excellence, mentoring others, and driving quality at every stage.
  • Comfortable leading and supporting others through process change and continuous improvement.

What We Offer
  • The chance to join a great team of like-minded, hard-working people who are passionate about achieving our vision and the growth objectives of the company.
  • Flexible working environment, allowing for work from home day/s each week.
  • A competitive salary package and suite of benefits and perks, including a 50% discount on our brands Hard Yakka, King Gee and NNT and 5% Wesfarmers discount for Kmart, Bunnings, Officeworks and more.
