Job Description

  Rural Products Sales Representative

  As a Rural Products Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Elders' range of products and services to clients across the region. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and recommend solutions that meet their business goals.


Key Responsibilities
  •   Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, visits, and follow-up phone calls.
  •   Sales and Marketing: Identify new business opportunities and promote Elders' products and services to clients.
  •   Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  •   Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including stock takes and dispatches, to ensure that client orders are fulfilled promptly.

Requirements
  •   Skills and Qualifications: Proven sales and customer service skills, technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •   Education and Training: Diploma or degree in a related field, such as agriculture or business, and/or relevant industry certifications.
  •   Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
