Job Title: Program Manager

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our transportation network initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and publish weekly transportation forecasts to drive improvements in effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Design and implement a long-term transportation planning process to identify operational and financial risks across all transportation flows and modes.
  • Lead end-to-end network improvement initiatives for existing and new logistics solutions, optimizing for quality, capacity, speed, and cost.
  • Develop transportation network strategies and execution plans for peak and seasonal events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
