About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Leadership Professional to join our team. In this role, you will lead our finance function across strategy, operations, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small but capable Finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Owning the financial calendar, including annual budgeting, long-range forecasting, board and investor reporting, and monthly management reporting.
  • Overseeing core finance operations, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory financial reporting and tax obligations.
  • Partnering with leaders across the business to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, business cases, pricing strategies, and capital allocation decisions.
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting coupled with a professional qualification such as a CA/CPA will be highly preferable.
  • Prior industry experience in the Technology, Financial Services, or Fintech domain is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience working in similar financial leadership positions.
  • Experience supporting executive decision-making and Board engagement.
  • A passion for guiding, mentoring and developing others.
  • Highly experienced in technical accounting and a strategic financial management background (focus on key performance metrics and ability to inform and influence business decisions).
