The underground mining team at Fosterville is seeking a skilled Shaft Miner to support the installation of ventilation shafts for our gold mine infrastructure.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for experienced miners or service crew members with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installation and maintenance of ventilation shafts
  • Assisting in the upkeep of mechanical equipment

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience as a Shaft Miner or in a similar position
  • Airleg experience highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with handheld mining machinery
  • Relevant IT and safety certifications

Additional requirements include holding a current valid manual Australian drivers' license and full ongoing working rights in Australia.
