Job Title: Security Operations Specialist

The Sydney Local Health District is seeking a skilled Security Operations Specialist to provide high-quality security services while ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

About the Role:

As a Security Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing proactive security services within the Drug Health Services, including early identification and prevention of incidents. You will form part of the clinical team, with a special emphasis on customer service and critical incident response.

The ideal candidate will hold a NSW Security Licence 1 A and current relevant First Aid Qualification. They will also have proven experience in communicating and responding to challenging and aggressive situations, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and resilience under various circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide security services to clients, visitors, and staff within the Drug Health Services
  • Perform routine security duties, including taking proactive steps in the early identification and prevention of incidents
  • Form part of the clinical team, with a special emphasis on customer service and critical incident response

Requirements:
  • NNSW Security Licence 1 A
  • Current relevant First Aid Qualification
