Service Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team based in the Emerald branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to field service technicians for the Greater Emerald region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with WHS responsibilities and promote a safety-first culture within the team
  • Mentor, guide, and support the team to improve performance and efficiencies
  • Utilize equipment and resources efficiently in line with customer requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service team members
  • Supervise time sheet accuracy and sub-contract documentation
  • Develop timely and accurate quotations for field service activities
  • Support existing customers through maintaining strong communication while resolving issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position with exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate complex issues and achieve success
  • Strong understanding of financial best practices of service delivery
  • Attention to detail in documenting and follow-up
  • Safety-first leadership style
  • Strong technical understanding of earthmoving equipment or relevant trade qualifications
