About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will provide technical guidance and leadership to field service technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and optimizing equipment utilization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to field service personnel
  • Maintain a culture of safety awareness among team members
  • Monitor and improve team performance and efficiency
  • Oversee accurate time sheet documentation and subcontract administration
  • Develop and provide timely quotations for field service activities
  • Promote excellent customer relationships through effective communication and proactive issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar position with exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Able to navigate complex issues and achieve success
  • Attention to detail in documenting and follow-up
  • Leadership style prioritizing workplace safety
  • Strong understanding of earthmoving equipment or relevant trade qualifications
