Job Title: Regional Service Solutions Manager

This is a pivotal role where you will have the opportunity to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future.

As a Regional Service Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in driving service contract sales, fleet management services, and connected solutions across your region. You will be responsible for leading the execution of the Service Solutions strategy, supporting dealerships and Key Account Managers to grow service contract and fleet management sales.

You will also train and coach dealership teams to enhance their knowledge, improve service offer uptake, and deliver a premium customer experience. Additionally, you will analyze regional trends and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities and tailor commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the execution of the Service Solutions strategy across your region
  • Supporting dealerships and Key Account Managers to grow service contract and fleet management sales
  • Training and coaching dealership teams to enhance their knowledge and deliver a premium customer experience
  • Analyzing regional trends and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities and tailor commercial proposals

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong sales focus with background in customer engagement and building client relationships
  • Experience in transport or truck-related operations (e.g., freight, tipper, waste, or any role involving truck movements or coordination)
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with great organisational skills
  • Genuine customer-first mindset and commercial acumen
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, especially in building and maintaining dashboards and visual reports
