As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support.
  • Ensuring all KPIs are met with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Analysis of sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products.
  • Recruitment, performance, and career development of your team of up to 30.
  • Stock feedback and inventory management.

  • The ability to lead, coach, and develop a large sales team.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom-line profits.
  • The ability to follow and achieve wage budget in line with sales.

  • High-level communication skills and an ability to build relationships.
  • Strong business acumen.
