We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Small Business Banker to join our team at NAB. As a Small Business Banker, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our small business customers, providing them with tailored banking solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand our customers' needs and provide holistic banking solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy to increase the portion of customers who consider NAB their Bank of Choice.
  • Manage small business lending requests up to $1 million and home lending up to $5 million.
  • Engage and build relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
