Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Small Business Banking Professional to join our team in QLD- South West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our small business customers, providing tailored banking solutions to meet their needs, and driving revenue growth and customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand our customers' needs to provide holistic banking solutions.
  • Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy to increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.
  • Manage small business lending requests up to $1 million, and home lending up to $5 million.
  • Engage and build relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Business or retail banking experience.
  • Excellent understanding of the SME Market and local area knowledge.
  • Strong customer and relationship management skills.
