Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Administration Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Subcontracts Lead, you will be responsible for managing various subcontracting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with bidders to evaluate their qualifications and prepare tenders
  • Analyze and negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts
  • Process purchasing orders, invoices, and claims
  • Perform commercial audits of subcontractors to ensure compliance
  • Liaise with internal customers across multiple projects to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in oil & gas or mining industry subcontracts preferred
  • Familiarity with Oracle, Maximo, or SAP software beneficial
  • In-depth understanding of subcontracting concepts and principles
  • Strong knowledge of subcontract administration procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quantity surveying, commerce, or similar field
  • Professional membership of CIPS or equivalent institute advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
